The Nikon Z5 II is a full-frame camera designed for creators, offering significant upgrades over its predecessor. It features a 24.5MP BSI CMOS sensor and an EXPEED 7 image processor, which deliver improved low-light performance, fast autofocus, and continuous shooting up to 30 fps. The camera's AI-powered autofocus system, inherited from the Z9, can detect and track nine different subject types, including people, animals, and birds, ensuring sharp focus even when subjects are moving. The Z5 II also includes Pre-Release Capture, which records frames before you fully press the shutter, helping you capture those crucial moments.
Beyond still photography, the Z5 II excels at video, supporting UHD 4K recording up to 60 fps and Full HD up to 120 fps, with a two-hour recording limit. The camera can record 10-bit N-Log video internally and offers new RED LUTs for more creative control. The Z5 II is also equipped with a 5-axis in-body image stabilization system, which provides up to 7.5 stops of stabilization with compatible lenses, making it ideal for handheld shooting.
